THE PEERY HOTEL

Built in 1910, The Peery Hotel is listed as a National Historic Landmark, so when Greenwood & Black took on this project the building’s heritage and period style were kept in tact. The project scope included the renovation of 73 guest rooms, including 11 suites and the full guest room corridor. The public spaces were also transformed which encompassed an in-house bar and restaurant, open-plan lobby, and a banquet floor and meeting spaces. The transformation was revealed when The Peery Hotel reopened it’s doors in 2017.
