This project scope included a full renovation of public spaces along with a partial guest room refresh. The new lobby aesthetic consisted of spectacular regional artwork and a colorful furnishings refresh making the space a modern classic. There was also a partial renovation of the bar and restaurant—of course—a full pool makeover for a colorful and chic environment that is also family friendly.

The now modern classic interior in this hotel are both colorful and fresh and include spectacular regional artwork which sets the lobby apart as a truly boutique experience.
COMPLETE RENOVATION
This hotel went from a distressed asset to a modern classic after a complete renovation in the public spaces including the lobby, two public lounge spaces, a business center, meeting rooms, and a ballroom.
